Finally draw the water with blue color pencil. If you want your water to look smoother than mine, you can make a powder from blue pencil and spread it around the fishes with cotton pad or tissue. Draw shadows with blue colored pencil over the white stripes of the fishes. They are naturally absolute white, but in the water they get a blue reflection. Actually always draw and use the colors as you can see in the reference photo and your drawing will be perfect.
